If you have a problem you can give us a call, send and email or come into our store for as much advice as you need. Many problems can be sorted over the phone but if not, we can connect to you remotely and fix the problem for you. If you do need to bring in your device, you will get priority in the queue.
Labour costs included!
With the Home Premium plan, all labour costs are included for repairs so the only cost to you would be if any parts are required. You get priory repairs too so we'll get you up and running quickly.
Keep your data safe
We'll backup your personal data to our cloud backup service automatically keeping your important files safe in case of hard drive failure or theft. If you need more data that's no problem, you can add more at any time. We'll monitor your backups and let you know if there are any problems.

Absolutely you can! You can sign up right away, even if you have a problem right now and you can get the benefits right away! Just drop your device in any time and we'll get it sorted, you don't need to book.
